Identity verification (every creator)
Every person who creates a Madad campaign uploads a government photo ID or passport — same flow for Afghans and non-Afghans. Our team reviews every submission. Organizations also upload their operating license and IDs for their president and vice president.
Sanctions & AML screening
No payout is released until the organizer's identity documents have been reviewed and approved by our team. Campaigns can be reported by anyone, and reported campaigns are reviewed and removed if they breach our terms.
Payment protection
Payments flow through HesabPay's regulated rails. Every transaction generates a receipt visible in both donor and organizer dashboards. Refunds are processed by Madad and disbursed via HesabPay.
Document privacy
Identity documents and KYC photos upload directly to Wasabi object storage from the user's browser or phone — bytes never touch our servers. Access requires an authorized compliance reviewer and every access is audit-logged.
